All of the following forms must be completed before giving the Oral Presentation or five points will be deducted from the final grade for each missing form: the journal, the sponsor evaluation, the student/parent questionnaire, and the outline for the Oral Presentation.
Students must obtain a grade of at least twenty (20) with a length of at least fifteen (15) minutes on the Oral Presentation, completed the required Senior Project hours, returned all required forms to the Senior Project Committee, and an overall grade of seventy (70) to pass the Senior Project.

If the required Senior Project hours are completed and all required forms returned to the Senior Project Committee, the following is your final grade. If not, this is your tentative grade. You will not be eligible to graduate until all requirements are fulfilled.
